Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts, an Osceola County parental school of choice, features a curriculum including visual, dance, drama, strings, vocal, and instrumental arts, along with quality Grades K-5 instruction. With the opportunity to experience an enhanced Fine Arts curriculum, elementary students who attend this school will be prepared to apply for acceptance into The Osceola County School for the Arts. Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts aligns its curriculum to be interrelated, accelerated, and compacted, and is designed to keep children fully engaged through a broad range of academic and performing arts opportunities, as well as enrichment programs. The Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts faculty and staff support an arts-infused curriculum that provides the opportunity to learn in a variety of environments that improve student achievement. The school not only offers special classes for music, dance, art, computer graphic design, drama, media, and recreational arts, but classrooms also utilize the arts to enhance daily lessons.
Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts is open to any student in kindergarten through Grade 5 who is zoned for one of the following schools: Reedy Creek Elementary, Pleasant Hill Elementary, Sunrise Elementary, Bellalago Academy, Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering, Koa Elementary, and Deerwood Elementary.
There is no cost to attend this choice school.
